Welcome to ALTRcare. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By using ALTRcare, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. What ALTRcare is

ALTRcare provides a technology and care-coordination platform for medically supervised weight management. We facilitate consultations with independent registered medical practitioners, coordinate your care, and arrange dispensing and delivery of prescribed medication through a licensed pharmacy partner.

• The medical care you receive is provided by independent registered medical practitioners who exercise their own professional clinical judgement. ALTRcare does not practise medicine and does not influence prescribing decisions.
• The medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner in accordance with applicable law.
• At-home blood testing, where included, is performed by an independent accredited laboratory partner.

2. No guarantee of treatment or outcomes

Purchasing a plan does not guarantee that you will be prescribed any medication. A doctor may decline to prescribe if treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. In that case, you are refunded in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We do not promise or guarantee any specific health outcome or amount of weight loss. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use ALTRcare. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information. Withholding or misrepresenting information may affect your safety and may result in a doctor declining to prescribe.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and health information.
• Follow your doctor's instructions and the guidance provided with your medication.
• Tell your doctor or our care team promptly about side effects or concerns.
• Use medication only as prescribed and not share it with anyone else.

5. Medical emergencies

ALTRcare is not an emergency service. If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

6. Payments

Plan prices are shown on our website. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTRcare is not liable for the independent clinical decisions of medical practitioners, the acts of the pharmacy or laboratory partners, or outcomes arising from your use of prescribed medication. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ALTRcare after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
